Woodbury Brewing Company has announced it will host two events to tie in with Woodbury Restaurant Week.
“Woodbury Brewing Company is excited to participate in Woodbury Restaurant Week. We have the space to host larger events, and the ability to provide entertainment,” says WBC partner TJ D’Alexander. “This will be a fun way for people to get to know about the great restaurants, shops, and people in the town.”
The first event is set for Sunday, March 18, and will be the kick-off for the week-long event. The three-hour “Meet the Restaurant” party begins at 4 p.m., and gives guests an opportunity to mingle with the owners, chefs, and staff of several participating Woodbury Restaurant Week eateries, and learn about the other businesses in town. Entertainment will be provided, and there is no cover charge.
“We’re thrilled to kickoff Woodbury Restaurant Week at our place,” D’Alexander said. “Our vision has always been to do whatever we could for the good of the community. This is just the beginning of what we can do to support all the businesses in town.”
Woodbury Brewing Company will host a wrap-up party on Sunday, March 25, starting at 4 p.m., with entertainment provided by bluegrass band Sweetcake Mountain. At that party, Woodbury Restaurant Week diners can use their stamp card to receive raffle tickets for a selection of prizes.
Additional raffle tickets will be available for sale, with proceeds going to the Woodbury Food Bank. There’s no cover charge for this event, and you must be present to win any of the raffle prizes, which are being donated by Woodbury-area businesses.
Woodbury Restaurant Week, which is being coordinated by Just Woodbury, runs from March 19-25.
